The Trankilis service was established in 2014, drawing on Fortal Group’s deep expertise in workplace safety legislation and height access techniques.
With a thorough command of regulatory standards and safe access methods, Fortal Group developed this service to help companies meet their legal obligations for the periodic inspection of height access equipment, as required by the French Labour Code (art. TranKiConforme — Annual technical inspection of height access equipment
This regulatory compliance service ensures that all height access equipment meets the requirements of the French Labour Code (art. R4322-1 and R4322-22). It covers a full range of interventions: complete inventory of your equipment fleet, creation of individual product identity sheets, engraving for unique identification, application of a compliance sticker, drafting of a safety register and detailed inspection reports.
TranKiSAV handles repairs on any type of height access product, regardless of brand.
Bent steps, defective uprights, guardrails, wheels and worn accessories are all replaced by qualified technicians, including welding repairs where needed, giving your equipment a second life at lower cost and with a reduced environmental footprint.
My’TranKilis is a 24/7 online platform for managing, tracking and overseeing your entire height access equipment fleet, with unlimited user access and a dedicated mobile application.
This tool gives you real-time access to your entire equipment fleet: safety registers, detailed inspection reports, ongoing quotes, contracts, installation guides and much more.
It also enables you to plan annual maintenance budgets, submit intervention requests through a ticketing system, manage equipment allocation and maximise the availability of your assets.
TranKiMaintenance covers all manufacturer-recommended maintenance operations to keep equipment in optimal working condition. This includes full replacement of wearing parts (pads, ropes, wheels on standard products) and preventive servicing of bespoke equipment (torque verification, lubrication, etc.).
A detailed maintenance report is issued after each intervention.
